Read MoreI have really enjoyed the learning side of this course. It has made a big impact on what foods I bring into the house and I thought we ate fairly healthy already ( or so I thought). I like the fact the course looks at emotions and at being active as well. I'm feeling great about myself. I signed up to the course to address my nutrition due to constant tiredness, which has greatly improved but I have also come away over a stone lighter through enjoying delicious food, an added bonus.
